The welcome upon arrival was very pleasant. The room was very decent and comfortable. There was a problem at breakfast; only one person was serving breakfast despite the large number of guests. This employee couldn't possibly manage restocking the various ingredients, cleaning the tables, etc., all by herself. Furthermore, of the two coffee machines, only one was working, and at 9:45 am (not late in the morning), this single machine also broke down. Your employee, left alone, was in a difficult situation, and so were we, the guests, as we weren't served to the standard we had a right to expect. After much difficulty, she finally managed to get it working again. It's unacceptable that only one person is responsible for such a service when so many guests were using your establishment. The room was large, clean, and perfect, but the downside is that it's near the ring road and you can hear it quite well, and above all, the rooms are not in a building but open to the outside, so they're not very well insulated; despite the efficient heating, you can feel the cold penetrating.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast 👍🏼, friendly staff. One small drawback: the shower floor was a bit slippery.

Tiny parking lot, especially for trucks

The whole team is very welcoming. The room was spotless and the food was excellent.

The room was very clean but not soundproof enough. There was a lot of noise from the nearby dual carriageway. In addition, there was roadwork, and we heard truck horns all night. A kettle for making hot drinks would be a nice addition. Previously, all rooms had one.

Very noisy, due to the nearby highways; moreover, the "bad rooms" are right next to the access stairs.

Very clean room. Ineffective air conditioning. I feel sorry for the holidaymakers in advance... No restaurant on weekends, and of course, we weren't warned. Don't mention La Rochelle, we're far away! Even the Puilboreau shopping area is 2 km away. We asked for coffee at 9:30 p.m. and were forced to go back up to the room because the receptionist was worried we wouldn't pay the next day, even though we were staying several nights and had obviously paid in advance. Highway robbery for €2.50...not cool. Breakfast at 13.90, while the people staying at the Première Classe next door eat the same food as us for 6.90. Book your stay at this establishment instead.
