Super comfortable rooms, top breakfast and meals. Thanks to Amine and his entire team for the welcome!!

Good location on the Lyon-Grenoble axis. The exteriors need a bit of freshening up. Positive points: calm - comfortable bedding - sound insulation - parking at the foot of the hotel. Welcoming receptionist Negative points: need to renovate certain exterior parts: stairs, corridor carpets, wooden balustrades. Lack of clarity in pricing: dog allowed but at an additional cost. Information not communicated when booking online. Limitless catering and somewhat bitter waitress: "gourmet" menu which has nothing gourmet... Frozen foods put in the microwave... The 2 farmhouse pizzas that we had chosen ended up almost entirely in the trash. No need to expect a commercial gesture. On the contrary, we try to charge you for extra drinks even though a drink is included in the “gourmet menu” offer. Good breakfast as long as you don't get up too late 😁

Free private parking in the immediate vicinity of the room. The on-site restaurant is a plus as the establishment is a little out of the center. Quiet place. Highway and major roads nearby. Good bedding/air conditioning/large TV/biscuit tray and coffee on arrival. Small downside for the bathroom where there is a lack of something to hang your towels (there were 3 of us, but 1 clothes rack), the black shower seals, and the towels which were not in sufficient number. For this last point, everything was resolved immediately after a report to reception. Moreover, the staff we met during our stay (3 nights) was pleasant. Thanks +++ for Anthony who was particularly helpful, kind and attentive.

Unfortunately a lot of stains in the bedding, it's a shame.

The hotel is well located with a one week stay there. I liked the breakfast which is varied sweet and savory and the evening meal as a bonus their new dessert which I had because I like the name a lot and I don't regret it's the sy'tron very very good

Very good service at reception and in the restaurant. The food is good and the rooms are relaxing.

The hotel is simple, but very clean and very well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay in a quiet setting. The value for money is therefore excellent. I recommend and will come back.

Coming for 2 nights 🌃 Negative point : Terrace table not cleaned, garden furniture to be desired, I had to ask to clean the table. Lack of bath shower soap (empty) The exterior parts of the hotel should be refreshed! Average breakfast (even at will) Positive : As soon as we arrived at reception, the welcoming staff were smiling and pleasant. Clean room Very good bedding Big TV Overall it's okay compared to other very disappointed bell towers 😞
