Campanile Paris Sud Restaurant sur Arcueil

Excellent service. I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was well worth four stars. It appeared calm and unpretentious, but was very beautiful and luxurious.

The hotel is well located opposite the Fort de Montrouge. It's quiet. The staff are friendly, especially Frédéric in the restaurant. The buffet offers excellent value for money with a wide variety of choices.

Well... It's Cachan. Very humble place!

The reception staff were unprofessional. I requested a room overlooking the parking lot. The two receptionists were talking to each other in a language I didn't understand, laughing. Then they gave me a room, stating it was on the parking lot side. Once I was settled in, I saw that it wasn't. It was simply unpleasant not to receive a proper welcome. Furthermore, the room wasn't cleaned after our first night, and there was only one bath towel for two people (we stayed two nights). I was then told, "You have to request it; it's in the terms and conditions of the reservation." The reception was poor, and the responses were unprofessional. It's a shame because the hotel itself is otherwise quite good.

The hotel is very well located, with shops nearby. Not far from the exam center (a real plus). The staff were very friendly, especially Piedad who welcomed us and her husband who works in the restaurant. The room was clean and well soundproofed. A pleasant place. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the two days we spent at your hotel.

Impeccably clean; don't be fooled by the exterior (currently being renovated), come inside and see for yourself. The staff is very pleasant, especially in the evening during dinner. They have a real mastery of customer service. Just one small suggestion for those staying for several days: a little more variety in the daily menu would be appreciated. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, impeccably clean, nothing to complain about. Dinner was very good, with a particularly warm welcome from Frédéric, who was always smiling and attentive. A big thank you also to Anitra, the cook, who was lovely and took great care of her guests: she even made a custom hamburger for my daughter who doesn't like cheese. A truly thoughtful touch that made all the difference! I highly recommend this establishment; it's top-notch.
