Spent 4 nights without problem
Room Very well equipped, modern, free and open parking, great welcome, clean, pets accepted, breakfast on reservation
Except soundproofing but that's in quite a few hotels and the ideal would be air conditioning in the room.

The gentleman at reception was very nice but being on the phone when I arrived, he still continued his private call on speakerphone for the 2 minutes of handing over the key.
No restaurant on weekends
Bedroom ceiling disintegrating a bit and despite a clean appearance, quite a few cobwebs.
Horrible sound insulation, you can hear everything from all sides.
Rolling shutters impossible to close.
Hotel quite far from the city.
My 2 nights still went well, especially at this price.
