A very pleasant hotel thanks to the presence of Muriel, who was naturally smiling and offered helpful advice for getting around Haguenau. We enjoyed Wednesday evening's meal and the excellent breakfasts: the bean-to-cup coffee machine, the well-stocked buffet, and the freshly cut fruit. Everything looked delicious! Kudos to the entire smiling and polite team!

Everything was perfect! The rooms are very clean and the bedding very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was good and varied. And the welcome was very warm!! My family and I therefore highly recommend this establishment. It may not look like much from the outside (it's a B&B and close to the highway), but we were extremely pleasantly surprised and satisfied. (And you don't hear any noise at all, just the birds in the morning). So thank you very much!!

Staying at the hotel for one night... We received a very warm welcome from our hostess. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. I recommend this hotel.

A truly unique place with an extraordinary couple who run it. They took exceptional care of their guests. An unusual atmosphere in Haguenau, with its proximity to fields and forest. And the birdsong. A wonderful experience. Thank you for your availability and dedication.

Muriel gave us a superb welcome and went out of her way to make our guests happy; she's a truly competent person. The rooms were very pleasant and very clean. The breakfast was very complete. We'll be back next year. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kyriad in Haguenau. The welcome was simply outstanding, especially thanks to Muriel, who was incredibly kind and professional from beginning to end. Her availability, her smile, and her dedication to service truly made all the difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to meet people so committed to their work. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, but it's clearly the quality of the welcome that makes us want to return without hesitation. A huge thank you to Muriel for this wonderful experience!

24/05/2026: We ate there this Sunday at lunchtime. Certainly one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. Impeccable service with very professional and pleasant staff. Our three courses—salmon with grilled vegetables—were excellent. We recommend it to anyone looking for a good restaurant in Haguenau; they won't be disappointed. Congratulations on a wonderful experience!

The atmosphere was very relaxing, the food delicious and simple, but above all, the service was incredibly pleasant, not only from the young waiter, but also from the manager, who exuded such charm, passion, and attentiveness that you feel completely at ease, in addition to the restaurant's ambiance. A genuine smile, gentle yet professional service—it was such a treat, especially as a restaurateur myself, to experience such kind and professional service.
