Le restaurant propose des produits de qualités et frais, le personnel est très sympathique également ! Idéalement situé sur les quais de Valmy, profitez pour faire une promenade digestive après le repas 😉😉

Great Japanese restaurant with affordable menus (sushi, skewers, ravioli). We each took a bento for €15 and we even had trouble finishing it. The terrace overlooking the canal is very nice and the service is top notch!

Very good experience at Canal Sushi as usual, whether it's the sushi or the skewers, the quality is there. Regular customer for years and I highly recommend. Top notch staff.

26/11/2024: One of the best pistachio pastries I have eaten in Paris!
12/11/2024: I was quite disappointed by the tartlets offered. Dough too thick but very good in terms of sugar because I don't like pastries that are too sweet.
