As a regular customer of this Kiabi, I have no complaints about the store's upkeep or the staff in general. Size 38 items can sometimes be hard to find in the basics section. My last visit to the checkout was a bit of an odd experience, involving a cashier with a cold, aggressive, annoyed, and suspicious tone, seemingly for no reason (perhaps the manager?). It won't stop me from coming back, but it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
