I come to Kiabi Saint Egreve very often and I am always very satisfied. The store is clean, the welcome is friendly and the team is very pleasant. Plus there are some really nice things at very reasonable prices. Special mention to Antoinette and her 2 colleagues whose names I unfortunately don't remember (I feel like I'm going to get scolded 😅) who spent a lot of time solving a loyalty card problem for me, which customer service by telephone did not didn't manage to solve me, and that with a lot of patience and smiles, so thank you to them :) I recommend without hesitation

I came with my children this Saturday, September 14. A crazy world. But no choice but to come and exchange clothes. I was able to be welcomed and advised from start to finish: Mr. at Reception for exchanges, Lady in the department who immediately found the jeans I was looking for for my daughter, Catherine in the fitting rooms and retouching, and the young girl at the checkout! Everyone smiles and takes the time to advise us. We left very satisfied despite the crowds. The queues... Thank you everyone!

Isabelle is great! Professional and ultra complete! Welcome, information, loyalty card explanations, advice in the cabin and please with several customers at the same time! I hope that Kiabi's hierarchy is aware of the good element that this lady represents. She applies the trade instructions in terms of customer satisfaction indicators wonderfully and with a disconcerting naturalness. It is where the client expects it and I can tell you that it is increasingly rare to find people who are truly present in the interests of others.
