15/03/2024: 2023. December Lunch First visit with my mother. I made a reservation two days in advance. This time I made a reservation because it was a lunch course that required reservations, but I thought reservations were essential. A customer came without a reservation, but was turned away because the restaurant was fully booked. Kuroge Wagyu beef rump lunch course 4,980 yen ~Little bagna cauda~ There is a vegetable called yacon, which I tried for the first time, and it was very sweet and delicious. I'm not very good at bagna cauda, ​​but this bagna cauda was delicious. ~Assorted appetizers~ It looks delicious! I love the excitement of this little assortment. They are all delicious. ~Pasta (choose from 6 types)~ ・Spaghetti with homemade sausage and vegetables in tomato sauce → It was delicious, but it probably had quite a herbaceous aroma, so those who don't like strongly scented dishes may not like the seasoning. I was fine with it, but my mother didn't seem to like it. ・Tagliatelle with white fish and raw seaweed cream sauce flavored with yuzu pepper → It was very delicious. After reading the reviews, I decided to try this one. I was satisfied after actually eating it! I think I'll probably order the same thing next time I go (lol) I'm also curious about the sea urchin pasta... ~Meat dishes~ It was very tender red meat and I ate it with a squeeze of lemon. The vegetables that came with it were delicious, but the radish was hard and bitter. (I guess it can't be helped since the radish crop was poor this year.) When making the reservation, I was hesitant about whether to add a meat dish, but it was the right choice. However, it seemed like there was a lot for my mother, who eats little, so I ended up having half of the meat dishes. For those who eat less, it may be better to go without meat dishes. ~Dessert~ It was lemon panna cotta. It was delicious, but I was a little disappointed as I was expecting something similar to a dessert platter. Is the dessert platter really dinner? ~Cafe~ I chose coffee and tea, but to be honest, I'm not a fan of either coffee or tea, so it would be nice to have juice as an option. 22/10/2023: As expected! This is a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide. This is my second visit, and the service and food are not perfect! it's dark. I never thought you could get this kind of food for this amount of money! Is it more than twice as expensive to eat in the city center? I think it's more than 3 times as much. To be honest, I don't want to be able to make any more reservations... so this is actually one of the restaurants I don't want to tell about. I will visit you again soon!

28/10/2024: Small restaurant a bit outside. We went there twice during our vacation, once for take-away and once for dinner on site. As inconspicuous as the restaurant may seem, it has a certain charm. The owner is very personable and has a real talent for languages. The pizzas were prepared quickly and freshly in the wood-fired oven and the prices were more than fair compared to the surrounding area. Gladly again at any time.
12/10/2024: The nicest pizza makers on the coast. I have been going there since 1987. Cooking in molds gives a very original but excellent soft dough. Morgan, the son, accompanied by Joris in the oven takes over from Daniel, the father, and I wish them to continue with as much success
