Friendly staff, open even on Sunday evenings, which is extremely rare in this area.
Generous portions.
For a fast-food restaurant, they bring your order to the table, which is great!
Everything is written in English, nothing in French except the menu and instructions for clearing your own food.
So, consider brushing up on your English!

Very good fast food.
The staff is very friendly; they come to the table several times to ask if everything is alright.
Not very busy.

Excellent service; the entire team is friendly, dedicated, and patient.
The restaurant is clean, the food is excellent—honestly the best burgers (fast food) we've ever had.

Very good hamburgers (hot!), fries, and cheddar cheese too.
Free coffee: a very nice touch.
Friendly, smiling staff (hello).
Very convenient napkin dispenser.
Clean.
And finally, good American music from the 50s-70s.
We come here frequently.

The Super Star was very, very good and not dry at all. The only slight complaint would be that the fries weren't very good when they cooled down.

Fast service, consistently excellent products, a salad that truly resembles a very generously filled salad, and on top of that, a loyalty program that's definitely worthwhile... Thank you for everything! 🥰

For a chain, these are still good products. It's a welcome change from other, better-known brands that are, frankly, not as good.

Great burgers like the back in the US
They should work on the fries though
Prices a bit high compared to other burger chains in France
The locations are in the middle of nowhere and they should invest to open locations in town centres or near main and big cities
The bathroom at this location had problems: sink was not working and the toilet itself was dirty …
