It is the best restaurant near Monaco, value for money and incomparable service. You have to contact the exceptional waiter, Michel.and the chef is the best

When my partner and I spend a few days in Menton, the Carnival restaurant is an essential stop. Small historic building of great charm. This time, given the temperature, we dined in the internal room but it is also very beautiful outside on the small shaded terrace protected by plants. Pleasant environment and relaxing atmosphere (finally a place where they really know how to keep music in the background). Highest quality raw materials (fish of the day and Gragnano pasta) and excellent preparations. I invite you to taste the spaghetti with lobster or seafood and don't miss the baked sea bass that the owner and Chef, Riccardo, prepares with skill. The house Tarte Tatin is also fantastic. Bringing a further positive note is the excellent service provided by Michele, the diligent and very friendly room manager. I invite you to enjoy the spaghetti with langouste or some fresh fruits and you will never miss the loup with four that the owner and Chef, Riccardo, prepares with skill. Also fantastic is the homemade Tarte Tatin. To bring another positive note, the impeccable service provided by Michele, responsible for the dynamic, effective and very friendly service. Cuisine with dishes that stand out from the usual menus of the area. Impeccable service. High level and courteous Italian chef. Came to the table. The stuffed vegetables and the Provençal cod are excellent. Prices normal.

Something is missing to be very good Italian restaurant dessert with a rum baba, a soft treat from Picard or a frozen meringue too bad

Nice little restaurant, where pasta specialties are “homemade”

one of the best restaurants in Menton, when in Menton I come back here for the lobster and tuna tartare, the manager is very nice and friendly, the food is always high quality and tasty.

Everything is homemade. Everything was excellent from the starter, barbajuan, to the main courses, pasta with citrus sauce and pasta with seafood, generous and fresh products, dessert baba aux rhum, and Italian coffee dessert, affogato. The bread, homemade and organic, was delicious. Don't hesitate, enter this restaurant and enjoy yourself.
