You are welcomed by a charming person with a huge smile, in a pleasant and very bright room. ( view the photo ) . The meal is of very high quality, both in terms of taste and presentation! The best!!!

We ate lunch on the terrace in the shade. The 3 courses of food was absolutely delicious and was one of our favorites on our trip. Our server was so friendly and helpful. She helped with some grest wine choices and although we tried speaking some French, her English was great. She covered many tables with many trips back and forth to the restaurant but was so happy to everyone. It was a delight.

Hotel Restaurant Les Florets

30/03/2024: Hotel Les Florets is perfect for a true Provençal retreat. My wife and I only speak English, and Tierry and family are more than accommodating. They surprised us with special meals each night of our 3-night stay, coordinated a taxi the day of our departure, and the wines from their family-run winery nearby are fabulous. Everyone is so nice here. Sit outside, have some house wine, take a nap, and enjoy a fabulous dinner each night. We’re coming back as soon as we can and bringing our family. We also booked a local wine tour with Olivier Hickman (Rick Steves suggestion) and he picked us up from Hotel Les Florets for a 9-5, full day tour. He’s incredible and this hotel is peak Provence.
30/12/2023: I only know the restaurant: very good food, the dishes are copious and well presented. The room is pleasant. In summer, meals outside under the plane trees, in the distance, the Dentelles de Montmirail. That's wonderful !

Hotel Montmirail

06/10/2023: Nous avons passé 2 nuits très reposantes à l'hôtel Montmirail. L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux, cette belle demeure était autrefois un lieu de cure réputé. Vraiment un cadre magique et un personnel aux petits soins : à découvrir.
03/10/2023: Endroit plein de charme. Havre de paix dans la région des Dentelles. Notre halte habituelle dans le Vaucluse.
