20/05/2026: Disappointed with the pan bagnat because there were no anchovies, no onions, and it wasn't salted... and yet, for me, they were the best a while ago. The pissaladière was tasty, but it's a shame it was so oily (the packaging was completely soaked). However, the chard tart was very good.
19/05/2026: If you're looking for a genuine and delicious "Pan Bagnat" sandwich, this is the best place in Nice. I searched for a long time and finally found it. I'm happy to share it with anyone who's looking.
