The only place in my life where I've complained and received such a great response.
I thank the team for their professionalism. Their burgers are excellent (no question about it)... But if they make a mistake, which can happen, they take responsibility and make it right. 100% approved, both in terms of taste and service.
As a customer for several years, I've rarely had any issues.
If you want to eat a good burger, it's worth it... and if you're not happy for whatever reason, give them another chance.

I go to Carson from time to time and I'm never disappointed, both by the warm welcome from Isabelle and Dominique and the staff, and by the delicious food. I enjoy every meal. The burgers and salads are excellent. And to finish, a sundae with ice cream and such generous toppings for those with a sweet tooth like me. Thank you to the whole team for these wonderful moments. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

The €17 set lunch menu from Monday to Saturday is very good value; it's a complete meal, starter, main course, dessert, with a glass of wine. I ate more than enough.

€17 set lunch menu: starter, main course, dessert with salad, crudités/sirloin steak with fries and salad/delicious chocolate mousse and a glass of red wine to match the meat. It's fresh and generous [editor's note: I weigh 120 kg at 60 years old]. Efficient and attentive reservations, welcome, and service. Air conditioning is provided without being too hot (it's a heatwave...). The background music is from the sixties and eighties, but not exclusively. I like the decor with the enamel signs. I'm not including photos: imagine.

But that's not all!!! They have a wide and delicious menu!
Pleasant atmosphere, good music at a comfortable volume 🤗 (jazz, rock, blues...). Great service. Very reasonable prices!
