- My ELOPS 540 bike is being serviced by the workshops in Montreuil and Paris Rive Gauche, so yesterday I went to the former about the chain that had come off. Alexandre, aptly named, received me with great courtesy and professionalism. He diagnosed a warped crankset and, while waiting for the part to be delivered (it wasn't immediately available), he made the necessary adjustments so that the crankset could drive the chain and I could train. Thank you, Mr. Alexandre, for your enthusiasm! - The wait for the ordered part was certainly longer than expected, but my patience was rewarded by the consistently excellent service at the workshop. The investigation revealed that it was Nicolas, the workshop manager, who had replaced the faulty part. This friendly gentleman answered all my questions, gave me advice, and reassured me so I could resume my Tour de France training with complete peace of mind. I thank him for this and I include his entire team in that praise.
