Carvane doree sur Montreuil

Super clean and huge, very professional staff

Too many people at the bike repair reception without an appointment. The shop is clean and tidy, but the bill adds up quickly...

Everything is spotless and tidy, good luck to you!

The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are available, friendly, and helpful. We are satisfied. However, two important points need improvement. One hour of free parking is insufficient, especially for families with a child with a disability. We had to leave the store before finishing our shopping and were unable to buy the other clothes we had planned for our child. Furthermore, the priority checkout should have a direct and separate entrance from the general queue. We shouldn't have to walk past other customers and publicly explain our child's disability to benefit from our priority access. A dedicated entrance, with simply showing the priority card to the staff, would be much more respectful and appropriate. We hope that Decathlon will take these two points into account: at least two hours of free parking and a truly dedicated access to the priority checkout.

Mathieu from the football and rugby section deserves a raise for his knowledge, sincerity and patience with which he guided my husband. He truly wanted to sell the best fit for the clients needs and didn’t rush us to decide.

Hello, when will you be planting bamboo in front of the store?

Huge store! There is equipment for every sport you can think of at affordable prices.

Thank you Chloé from the bike shop. Absolutely top-notch, super efficient, and thank you for making my bike safe with the express brake repair. I highly recommend them.

This store is really well designed and offers a warm welcome. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help. Their priority is understanding your needs, not upselling.

Large store with quality Decathlon products and excellent customer service
