I was looking for a waterproof hiking jacket I'd seen on the Decathlon website, which was supposed to be very high quality. Only the Decathlon store in Montreuil had it in stock, but it was still unopened. I was lucky enough to encounter a very kind and professional salesperson who went to get the item from the back. Coming from Val d'Oise by public transport, it was a real pleasure to find such an understanding person. I think his name was Amar. Thank you to this gentleman for his professionalism.

One person in the swimming department wasn't very friendly to customers. The staff didn't greet customers when they noticed them. Otherwise, the products were very interesting and varied.

Thanks to Laura for her help at the workshop - I dropped by without an appointment, there was a bit of a wait but she took the time to listen to me and look at my bike. I left with some great advice for the future. Thank you!

Excellent service from L***a! I arrived without an appointment, and L***a still took the time to explain how to repair the hydraulic brake on my bike, recommending the right equipment and giving me the entire procedure. She even took the time to adjust the caliper!! A passionate and caring team despite the crowds ;) 😉 Thank you and well done!
