When you go to Decathlon, you're sure to find what you need, and it's good quality. Likewise, the service in-store is generally excellent because the staff are attentive and responsive. For me, it's the Leroy Merlin of sporting goods. Perhaps a bit more ethnic diversity among the staff would be a plus, but competence is paramount!
