Visit this morning April 30 to buy walking shoes. No one to advise, the staff being busy stocking the shelves. I had to fend for myself and left with shoes I needed, but not entirely satisfied. As for the soles, I couldn't find my size in the model that suited me Incidentally, I received a blow to the head from a bicycle handlebar (on a supply cart) without any excuse.

Very happy with my visit to this store. The seller in the fishing and nature department called Robin was extremely helpful and pleasant to me. He advised me and took the time to help me, the store is clean and lots of choice, a little touch which is also very pleasant, the cashier is very kind and efficient too, I highly recommend this address, congratulations to you and to your salesman Robin !

A well-appointed Decathlon, with wide shelves and a huge area for new and repair bikes. The first time I saw so many lines for bicycle repairs.

A big thank you to the bike department and particularly to Carla and Laura for their professionalism and their follow-up on my bike change. I would also like to thank the manager who kept his commitments 15 months ago that if I had another problem with my bike, it would be exchanged for a new one.

I have been a customer of this Decathlon for years, and I have only positive things to say about it: the advisors are very competent, helpful and friendly. Lots of choice on the shelves, everything is well arranged and adapted according to the seasons. We have been enjoying the new digital labels for several weeks. The products are of good quality. So yes, there is something for all prices, so the entry level is not always sustainable, but we always have the choice of having quality products. And in the event of a problem, the after-sales service has always been extremely efficient. In short, I love this Decathlon!
