Despite our arrival time (Sunday...3 p.m....), our number (22!!), everything was done to welcome us with friendliness and delicacy. Thank you Vlad, Joa and Nico. It was a great time to end the weekend.
A unique place and one of the best restaurants in the Eastern Pyrenees region. The dishes really have incredible personality.
To recommend without moderation, forget Collioure and go there...

nice restaurant, very good cuisine, very pleasant service, warm atmosphere, the Quai de la République needs to be known, don't just settle for the Quai Forgas.
