Cassonade sur Bordeaux

Great, warm welcome! We were in Bordeaux for a day and we spent it in the rain! After eating, at the beginning of the afternoon we went to have a little snack at their place, it was raining heavily!

I love cannelés and am vegan, so what was my pleasure to discover this shop offering them! I really liked it, I also tried other pastries that were just as delicious. In short, I recommend!

Very friendly staff, also able to speak English (which I thought is normal nowadays, but during this holiday, I found out it is not xD). The vegan options are delicious, especially the hot chocolate with oat milk! Wasn't easy to find a place to have a vegan snack, but this café was so beautiful!

Very crispy fluted just the way we like them. On the other hand, the bottle of rum must have leaked, the taste of alcohol was really too present. Next time we will settle for vanilla even if it is not the initial recipe.

The best cannelés in Bordeaux and I weigh my words! A little more expensive than the known chains but it's well worth the price. Go there with your eyes closed. 😁

Edited opinion: I would like to modify my opinion below in that after the latter, those responsible for Cassonade were kind enough to send me the steel boxes with grooves inside! This shows that they have the consumer’s interest and satisfaction at heart. I really want to thank them for their attention and I reiterate the fact that their cannelés are good! Thanks again! Initial opinion: Every trip to Bordeaux, I brought cannelés from the Cassonade store back to my family. So today Monday July 22, around 2:30 p.m., I went to the St James store before going to the airport to buy some for my family and colleagues. However, I had a rather unpleasant experience. In fact, I asked if there were any steel boxes and the employee at the counter replied very nonchalantly that we would have to come back next week. Having not proposed other solutions, I asked if it was possible to still have boxes, and she replied by blowing as if I was disturbing her (even though there was no no one in the store). It is very regrettable to have the feeling that we are disturbing and not being advised when I am only a consumer who came to buy a few cannelés. I am sorry but due to this lack of welcome and professionalism in this store I will no longer return to this store during my next trips to Bordeaux.

Super fluted in a really pretty setting with pleasant service, what more could you ask for!

J'ai testé quasiment tous leurs produits en plusieurs fois. J'ai été attiré par leurs produits à la finition impeccable. Mes préférences sont le cinnemarron roll au cream cheese et le russe. Prix cher Salon de thé lumineux moderne propte Playlist cours Pasteur electro nickel. Service rapide. Je recommande.

Il posto è piccolino però ha un paio di tavoli esterni. Lì ho mangiato il miglior canelè di Bordeaux. Visto che è il tipico dolce del posto ne ho assaggiati diversi e per me questi sono i migliori.
