A wonderful discovery! The dishes are incredibly fresh and the homemade quality is immediately apparent. The beef tartare was sublime; having eaten at many restaurants in Saint-Maur, this is the best tartare I've had in a long time. A must-try, and I'll definitely be back. The staff is super friendly.
