Amazing experience, hotel staff are lovely and very helpful! Great location and always nice to get little treats at turndown service.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris near many attractions and great shopping! You can walk to anything. At checkin, was told my room wasn't ready and we could pay $50 euros a day to upgrade. Seemed like a bait and switch. This was our first time in Europe. Then we are given our room key on the first floor and pointed in a direction. We thought the first floor was on the ground level but the first floor is up one level. Lesson learned! The two gray cats are so soft and welcoming but the front concierge is not. The daily breakfast buffet is a highlight! Great selections and delicious food!! Our driver to the airport was furious when the bellhop did not help load our luggage in to the vehicle to return to the airport. Not the service we expected! Train your employees to be better and you will have a 5-star hotel.

Well what can I say... for me it doesn't deserve 5 stars. The breakfast is good and plentiful, the service good but not great. The first night I slept little as, being the room on the first floor, there were noises from inside the hotel at 3.30 in the morning which apparently came from the loading/unloading of goods/laundry. They moved me to another room by charging me 50 euros more per night and I didn't even receive a note from the hotel manager apologizing. Furthermore, in 5 nights I saw ONLY ONE bar of soap which in the end was reduced to a bare minimum: even in 4 star hotels they sometimes give a new toiletry kit every day, in a 5 star hotel it should be the minimum. The products in the bathroom also have bad packaging and are almost 3 stars. I definitely won't go back.

Ero già stata in questo hotel ed è stata una conferma Il personale è molto gentile e attento Le camere sono grandi pulite e dotate di tutto quello che può servire dalla macchina per il caffè al bollitore, ma soprattutto stiratore a vapore e asciugacapelli Ghd (ogni donna apprezzerà questo dettaglio) Il frigobar è ben fornito e sono disponibili molte tipologie di snack dolci e salati Colazione ottima Consigliatissimo

The service here is impeccable! 5 star 🌟 with a personal touch. Their restaurant is also top class when compared to other restaurants in the area. Receptionists were better than Disney staff in their prime 😁. It's an older hotel.... as old as everything else in this area, with easy, safe walking access to all the major attractions. Eiffel Tower, Lourve Museum, Opera, Palace Vendome, Pont Alexander III Bridge, and many, many more top must see sites.

Bonjour D'abord merci pour votre bienveillance dans toutes les relations qu'un établissement comme le votre a avec ses clients . Rien à redire , de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ . De l'attention , de l'écoute et surtout avec le sourire. Une chambre accueillante et cocoon. Repas agréable et délicieux à l'Assagio avec , entre autre , un excellent tiramisu et un personnel au petit soin pour que notre soirée se passe au mieux. Petit déjeuner en tout point remarquable , on a pas pu tout déguster mais tout est délicieux , des viennoiseries ( félicitation au pâtissier ) aux fruits divers et variés ( souvent oubliés dans beaucoup d'hôtels ) . En résumé un séjour remarquable qui ne demande qu'a se renouveler car c'est évident , nous reviendrons au Castille hôtel . Bravo et encore toutes mes félicitations .
