I don't usually leave reviews, nor do I necessarily see the need to, but this time! You are, sir, the king of couscous!!! It's been a very long time, far too long, since we last enjoyed yours. What a wonderful idea our daughter had to give it to us as a gift one Sunday at lunchtime!

A fantastic discovery in Alès. The fact that it's no longer a restaurant is perhaps an advantage for both Abdel and the customers. The couscous was magnificent. Unfortunately, we couldn't save any for dinner; it was too good.
