The spacing of the tables in the dining room is a plus, allowing you to chat with your companions without being overwhelmed by noise. As always, the culinary creations, featuring local artisans and producers, honor the region. The dishes are as delicious as they are surprising. A treat for both the eyes and the palate every time. Impeccable, smooth service without being stuffy. The explanations of the dishes and wines were flawless. A perfect evening. Keep up the good work! See you soon!

01/08/2026: Every time I come to Alès, this is where I like to stop, and for good reason. A warm welcome and fairly quick service. This family-run restaurant is a great find, right in the center, just opposite the courthouse. A wide selection of dishes (and not just meat), all at reasonable prices. It's perfect for a quick lunch or a birthday celebration. What more could you ask for?
