06/04/2026: A wonderful discovery!! A Michelin-starred restaurant, certainly, but full of surprises nonetheless... 2.5 hours of pure refinement... A warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10 excellent dishes to enjoy without restraint, and innovative alcohol-free food and wine pairings! We'll definitely be back!!

Unfortunately, over time, the prices have increased significantly while the contents of the plates have considerably decreased. This lunchtime, I paid a lot for a practically empty salad, which is truly outrageous given the establishment's reputation. Furthermore, I have once found a fly in my salad, which is simply unacceptable. Another incomprehensible point: charging an extra €1 to replace one ingredient with another, even though the removed ingredient is more expensive than the added one. Add to that the minimum 30-minute wait... It's a huge disappointment after so many years of loyalty. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
