Excellent hotel at a very good price. The in house restaurant was very good, and breakfast was amazing. Also an excellent bar (serving Afligem on draught no less!), and very helpful staff too. This is a hidden gem but as noted by other reviews, a shame that it's a pit stop for British pensioners going south, as Arras is also a fantastic city. We will definitely be back to stay again, but for a whole weekend in Arras. N.B. this hotel feels more like a Hilton rather than a cheap Mercure, so very comfortable.
Super well located hotel with TOP staff in terms of customer relations. Breakfast that met my expectations (complete with plenty of choice) as well as a very nice menu for your meals (product quality ++++). Spacious and very clean room with a honey shampoo giving you a soothing smell .
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and the room very clean and well appointed. We will certainly be staying again at this hotel in Arras.
A wonder. Unfortunately, I don't know the prices but we are delighted by the smiling welcome and the professionalism of the staff. We had a superb stay.
Clean and designer hotel.
The rooms are too small for a 4 star.
A good point: the rooms have a landing with a door, this is perfect for soundproofing the room.
Hotel on a human scale with pleasant spaces.
Bad point: The loyalty program is not respected, no bathrobe, no upgrade for gold customers or more despite an incomplete hotel.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to our holiday in Northern France. We found all of the hotel employees to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant is very good and the car parking underneath the hotel is extremely convenient.
The hotel is also dog friendly, well positioned for both the main railway station and the centre of the town. We would certainly recommend it for your stay.
