We were welcomed without a reservation with a smile and genuine warmth. This restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere: a great ambiance, chic and modern decor, and a comfortable temperature. High and low tables invite relaxation. We enjoyed a very good white wine thanks to the excellent recommendation from the waitress who listened carefully to our preferences. The food is refined (from red meat to fish).
The staff demonstrates professionalism with a smile, a modern approach, and intelligence. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to try their soup!

The interior was pleasant, but the €36.90 menu was a bit disappointing. The scallops were a light starter for a seaside town, lacking flavor and very small. The main course included fries that were overcooked and a large piece of meat. However, the dessert was very good. One of the two waitresses was a bit curt, but the other waitress was very sweet and pleasant. Considering the price, we were a little disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at César et Rosalie in Les Sables-d’Olonne.
The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented: a true delight for both the eyes and the palate.
Special mention goes to the impeccable service from start to finish, and particularly to the young waiter, who was very professional, attentive, and friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

Our first dinner in Les Sables was a fantastic experience: discreet and efficient service, original and delicious dishes, and the wine—excellent—was reasonably priced.
