Two of us had dinner there without a reservation.
We ordered the tuna croquettes to share, and then a small ceviche each with a bowl of rice.
The total came to approximately €40.
Everything was delicious, especially the ceviches. Highly recommended.
Good food. Although the portions are a bit small and if you’re very hungry you should take several dishes. Also in my opinion in some of the dishes the flavours don’t compliment each other and might taste a bit bland. I had a bit higher expectations for this place because my friends reccomended it.

A very nice restaurant, well located on the pedestrianized Rue Gambetta with its many small shops and galleries. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive. Highly recommended for a quick lunch.
What a fantastic discovery Saline Ceviche Bar in Biarritz was! We visited last June with a group of five friends and were captivated by the freshness of the ingredients and the delicate flavors—a true journey through spices and lime. The setting is lovely, perfect for a convivial summer meal on the terrace, and the service was attentive despite the restaurant being quite full. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for experiencing ceviche in a new way.
