The food is delicious and the place is very beautiful and original.

We've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, and despite the beautifully renovated space, we didn't find the restaurant's original charm at all tonight. The menu is the same, but the dishes are much less flavorful. The side dish with the Saline tataki (raw tuna) was truly original, generous, and delicious! Tonight it was good but very simple. The same goes for the chocolate mousse, which we always order. It used to be light and seemed to be made with milk chocolate and crumbled crêpes dentelles, but the recipe was different tonight. The chocolate was stronger and closer to a classic chocolate mousse. We didn't see the usual staff, and although the servers were friendly, we didn't find the warm atmosphere that existed just a few months ago. The restaurant is still a good place, especially for those just discovering it. But as regulars we were disappointed tonight by this restaurant which had been our favorite in Biarritz for many years.

A lovely surprise! We ordered raw fish. It was delicate and perfectly seasoned. Delicious and a very pleasant atmosphere! We appreciated being able to choose the portion sizes and share (as an appetizer or main course).
