As much as I enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed with the second. I had a duck breast with pink berries and I got pink berries with duck. We no longer felt the taste of the meat. The detail that displeased me the most came from the fries, the only side dish offered, soft and overcooked, served in a stainless steel dish of the same model as those in school canteens while the rest of the dishes are rather high-end.
The service was nowhere near as friendly as on our first visit.
In short, a disappointment.
We spent a wonderful weekend hiking with half board at the hotel restaurant des lacs. Everything was perfect: the room, the welcome and the kitchen! We will return there 😊
Voici un restaurant très bien placé et le responsable est très professionnel et souriant. Déception sur la carte.la boite chaude est petite et servie avec un jambon de montagne sec. Le burger est bon mais peu de frites et surtout le prix n'est pas justifié. On mange correctement mais bon ça casque !
Le chalet des deux lacs organise une soirée par semaine en altitude : trajets en chenillette, raclette, feu de bois, génépi… Et un concert pop rock si vous avez autant de chance que nous.
Malgré le tarif coquet, nous y retournerons!
The Terre des Vosges menu was a treat, the only downside was that the beer on tap was lukewarm and lukewarm without carbon dioxide at a price of 3.50 when the bill was not deducted. No respect for the customer. In fact, never have a draft beer.
