A very beautiful place, but it's a shame that we can't picnic at the foot of the waterfall (for safety reasons), and it's disheartening to see that it's also suffering from the drought...
Discovering the two waterfalls, which are side by side, is a reward in itself: you have to take a long, shaded path, full of steps, to reach them. You need to be reasonably fit to walk.
For a 9-year-old: no problem.
Very crowded in August.
It's magnificent.
There are large trash cans at the entrance to the site.
However, I regret three things:
- many trees have been damaged by graffiti from visitors
- the only toilet is out of order (dry toilets).
- the large wooden picnic table at the entrance is in full sun.
Be sure to park in the parking lot designated for visitors to see the waterfalls, and not in the restaurant's parking lot, which is reserved for its customers. The restaurant charges for using its restrooms.
A beautifully situated waterfall. You have to walk up and down some stairs to get there. Access to the pool is prohibited. The path is shady. We were there in August 2026 and the waterfall still had water flowing. It must be even more impressive with more water.
Note: If you approach from above, Google Maps will lead you nowhere. Just continue down the road; the parking lots are there.
