Depuis 1986 la bande de copains de retrouve. Cette année c'est à l'auberge de Chaneac que nous nous sommes pausé un weekend. Accueil sympathique dans une habitation traditionnelle savamment organiser pour servir de restaurant et d'hébergement (18). pour les repas c'est produits locaux et maison, gastronomique est le qualificatif qui convient. Pour finir un service gracieux. Alors pour me croire allez y vous me raconterez

Disappointing charcuterie starter on the plate (9 plates) the sausage was rancid on all hidden by a prettier slice on top, the head cheese looked yellowed without taste, the raw ham and the rillette were good, the trout was excellent.
The maoche was good but we expected to have nice round slices served, the Mézenc meat perfect.
The cheese and dessert were perfect.
The service was good.
Too bad for this missed entry being from Ardéchois we know the charcuterie here very well and this address where we have all been before...

I don't have a rating for the rooms, because I only went to the restaurant where I loved it from A to Z. And what's more, the restaurant played the game magnificently well for my future husband's marriage proposal in 2023. Everything was perfect. Thanks again. Lydia and David
