These are truly excellent, authentic Chinese noodles. The portions are generous, and you can get seconds if there's any broth left. Prices have certainly gone up, but restaurants also have to make ends meet in this economy that affects us all. If our grocery bills are rising, so are theirs. If you want a great bowl of noodles in Caen without spending hours at a restaurant, I highly recommend Changshou!

Incredible Asian street food restaurant. One person manages everything: reception, kitchen, service, cash register, etc. The dishes are delicious, and the portions are very generous (with the option to take seconds without being charged if you can finish your plate). The owner is a Caen icon, with her... unique personality. You'll have to be quick, or she'll be quick to move you, but we love her.

The place doesn't look like much, but the food is excellent, with the option to have seconds at no extra charge. The service is quick. Passing through Caen for lunch, it was a very pleasant experience.

03/01/2026: A wonderful discovery with this small, family-run restaurant. All the main courses and appetizers we ordered were delicious and generous; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back... The family was very kind and pleasant. Impeccable service. The dining room was small but friendly and welcoming.
06/12/2025: A great find! I tried it for delivery, and everything was still hot. The flavors and textures are well-balanced and expertly prepared (the vegetable spring rolls are particularly delicious). Everything is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding.

23/01/2026: Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the spring rolls. Then came the main course: beef in spicy sauce with noodles—delicious 😋 😋 and so generous that I couldn't finish my plate. The manager even offered me a box of food. Don't hesitate to go to this restaurant; you won't regret it! 👍 The bill was much lower than the quality of the food. I can't wait to come back to try the Vietnamese hot pot (which you have to order in advance).
