A fantastic time at Château de Courcelles! The service was impeccable from beginning to end, thanks to Victor!
The highlight was the breakfast – it was magnificent!
A delightful château and charming, attentive hotel staff. Delicious dinner and a wine list that will leave a lasting impression. Furthermore, my stay was enhanced two days later by a thoughtful gesture from the owner. I will definitely return!
My wife invited me for lunch to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time enjoying a meal at the château's restaurant in the conservatory. The seasonal market menu was excellent, with perfect wine pairings, and the service was impeccable. Afterwards, we explored the grounds under a beautiful sun. The staff were incredibly attentive. We will gladly return!
We spent four days at Château de Courcelles this August, and here are our thoughts.
The setting
This 17th-century château has managed to retain its authenticity and charm while providing all the necessary comforts.
We loved our room overlooking the French and English gardens.
The tranquility of the park and the swimming pool, the soundproofing, and the overall calm of the hotel are noteworthy.
The restaurant
Chef Massimiliano Sena, who is also very friendly, truly delighted us. The tomato medley, the langoustine, the cod, and other dishes were surprising and succulent.
Also worth trying are the homemade olive oil and honey.
The staff
The staff is professional without being stuffy.
Despite a smaller staff than we would have liked (maintaining a large team isn't easy, especially since the Covid period), we received the attention and service we expected. Special thanks to our sommelier, Clément, for dedicating so much of his time to us.
We will gladly return to Château de Courcelles…
