My night at Château de Courcelles was much more than a simple getaway, it was a total immersion in luxury, comfort and regional gastronomy, but also in the family spirit and warm hospitality of the Anthonioz family, owner of the castle. The Château fully represents the values ​​of Relais&Chateaux. As soon as I arrived, I was dazzled by the majestic architecture of the castle and the warm welcome from the staff. My room, elegantly decorated, offered me all the comfort necessary for a peaceful and restorative night. The next morning, I had the privilege of enjoying a divine breakfast in the castle's glass roof. The view of the green gardens and the first rays of the sun penetrating through the windows created a magical and soothing atmosphere. But what really stole the show were the culinary delights prepared with local produce of exceptional quality. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, a true feast for the taste buds. What made this moment even more special was the attention given by the staff. Their professionalism and kindness added a touch of conviviality to this unforgettable gastronomic experience. We stayed at the castle in November 2023. We were well received, the staff are friendly. The decoration of the rooms is rather dated but the room was OK without being a palace. The first disappointment was during breakfast, we arrived at 9:30 a.m. and the common table was empty. Unlike the many Relais and Châteaux in which we have been, the breakfast was very mediocre (little cold meats and cheese, no homemade cakes, no seeds, no table service, "Twining" tea, stale bread, no brioche, completely ordinary pastries, none of the wonders that make the difference... we complained to the chef who ended up bringing us a plate of salmon but nothing more! -breakfast is really not up to the standard of a Relais et Château! Then we booked a massage...surprisingly, the massage takes place in the room which is not very large and in which it is not hot enough for a massage... The masseuses arrive 20 minutes late and finish 20 minutes early! We complained at reception but nothing was done... we left unhappy. At 80 € the duo massage, we expected more comfort and to be better treated. When I informed the owner, she accused me of being of bad faith. I do not recommend this castle.

The bed was not comfortable, I ended up spending the night on the sofa with a sore back. Beautiful building with a beautiful setting.

We had an excellent evening last night, attentive staff, very friendly. The dishes served are of excellent quality, the attentive service we appreciated the presence of the Chef in the dining room who came to explain to us the dishes and various dishes served .(without forgetting the very pleasant and impeccably clean suite) We will come back with pleasure, in the meantime congratulations to the whole team, good luck continue…

Une cuisine de qualité ,raffinée et depuis de longues dates recherchée. Toutefois il a été observé à de très nombreuses reprises l’absence en salle de maître d’hôtel, situation plus que regrettable pour un restaurant dit gastronomique.

C'est un avis sur le restaurant et pas sur l'hôtel. Ce restaurant est exceptionnel. La qualité de la cuisine, la compétence du personnel et la beauté du lieu valent largement le prix demandé qui est assez élevé mais pas inacessible surtout si vous y allez pour le déjeuner. J'y suis allée pour mon anniversaire et ce moment restera un merveilleux souvenir. Tout était parfait depuis l'accueil téléphonique pour réserver jusqu'au départ après le repas. Si vous y allez pour un événement particulier faites le savoir car vous aurez certainement une surprise (je ne la dévoilerai pas). La décoration des petits salons est sublime et la salle magnifique. Le service est discret et efficace. Même si, comme moi, vous n'avez pas l'habitude d'un tel luxe, vous vous sentirez à l'aise. Un conseil : sautez l'apéritif, car vous aurez des amuses bouches avant l'entrée une fois à table. Inutile de sortir la robe longue et le noeud papillon pour venir au restaurant du château, une tenue décontractée, normale et correcte fera l'affaire. Pourvous garer, pas de problème, il y a un parking dans la cour du château.

Très beau château chargé d'histoire. La chambre 7 est magnifique et très propre. L'acceuil et le service sont irréprochables. La cuisine très raffinée. Ma fiancée et moi avons été enchantés d'y séjourner. Une très belle expérience que nous n'oublierons pas.
