Such a beautiful property tucked away but close to all you want to experience in Normandy. Truly exceptional service from every member of the staff. Lovely room that was also incredibly comfortable. Luxury touches enhanced our stay- fresh-baked treats, luxury bed linens and towels, heated bathroom floors. Dining options were outstanding! Gorgeous gardens and well-tended outdoor spaces including a pool. Loved our time at Chateau La Cheneviere.

I went there for several years as a child and I have very good memories of it, the cook Mr Didier deserves a star, very nice setting with a park surrounding the castle, open-air swimming pool etc... nothing but happiness

Superb place, very friendly, polite and warm staff.

Our stay was too brief, but this hotel offered us a nice break in our vacation. Time stands still there, and only the singing of birds or the rustling of the leaves of these magnificent trees of exceptional height accompany you. It feels like home, but with the refinement offered by both the decoration and the staff. 1 night is not enough, there is so much to explore in this beautiful region, so I keep Chènevière in the back of my mind. Thank you to all the staff for your warm welcome.

There’s so much to explore in Normandy and the excellent Le Botaniste at the stunning Château la Chenevière should be on everyone’s itinerary. The menu is sophisticated, the food excellent and the attention to details high. It's the best in the region, classic French, so elegant and delicious. The cocktail menu is amazing and the wine list impressive. So highly recommended, and so much history too. It's the most amazing experience.
