We had a wonderful family time; the setting is splendid, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and I felt right at home. The food is excellent, with fantastic ideas from the chef! Bravo! I should also mention the few kilometers driven through the vineyards before discovering the building—in short, a gem!

We celebrated a birthday. The food was delicious, of course, and the hospitality was top-notch. The location, nestled among the vineyards and next to the lake, added to the charm. After dinner, it was fascinating to sit in the dark among the vines with the ripe harvest.

Superb place, the setting is simply incredible, and the restaurant is equally amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the fish to the meat; it was all fresh, and the staff was lovely. The setting is magnificent, and it's fantastic to have a wine list almost entirely from the estate! The food is good too! However, the grill menu, which includes meats or fish charged by weight, isn't ideal in my opinion. It complicates the choice because you often have to go together for a ribeye steak, for example, and you can be a bit frustrated because it makes the bill rather steep! In short, I recommend it, but I'd suggest the regular menu, even though the ribeye steak was excellent.

A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening at the Domaine. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, attentive throughout dinner. The menu was exceptional. Special mention for the lobster, absolutely delicious! The setting, the cuisine, and of course the Domaine's wines make the experience truly unique. What a pleasure to be able to enjoy such fine wines paired with excellent dishes in such a pleasant atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in the region who wants to discover an authentic, friendly, and gourmet experience. Thank you to the entire team for this magnificent evening. We will definitely be back!

The natural setting is beautiful, and the food is sophisticated and good. The quality/price ratio isn't great (€80 per person without going overboard). I was surprised that a place of this caliber doesn't accept credit cards. I had to wire transfer.

A true discovery in an idyllic setting! The beauty of the surroundings, the warm welcome, the quality of the service, and the exquisite and delicious food—everything was perfect. A magical moment. Guadeloupe is too far away to return to right now, but this will definitely be a place to visit again on my next trip to the island.
