I met Jeremy at a company lunch. It was simply excellent! Everyone loved everything from the main course to dessert. Plus, he's super friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Jeremy has a real talent for cooking at home. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the sauces flavorful, and the vegetables perfectly cooked. A huge thank you to Jeremy for this feast; we enjoyed it from beginning to end. I highly recommend him.
You can go there with your eyes closed. Chef Jouanen excels in both his culinary approach and the finesse of his presentations. The quality of the carefully selected and mostly local ingredients is evident in every dish. There were ten of us, all accustomed to fine dining, and the enthusiasm was unanimous from beginning to end. The five-course menu is simply remarkable—precise, creative, and perfectly executed.
