The bar is really cool because it's very open, open in the sense that access to the terrace or the dock is continuous, you can sit wherever you like, there are lots of different seating options (chairs, armchairs, sofas, benches, etc.), there's plenty of space and when it's full you can always find somewhere else to sit. In short, the place is very cool.

Very pretty, friendly staff. A minor drawback is the prices and the service at the counter.

Open, inclusive, and with a great terrace

Never eaten or drunk here! but I play here a lot (voice+acoustic guitar). The staff and guests are very welcoming and appreciative!

I visited this establishment in a wheelchair. The location is good and seems to have potential, but it is clearly not accessible, nor designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. However, as a public establishment (ERP), this place is subject to the accessibility requirements defined by the law of February 11, 2005, which mandates independent access to services for everyone. During my visit, an employee asked my companion to order and pay for me at the bar. I was therefore forced to hand over my bank card, which is contrary to the principle of user autonomy and dignity. However, simple adjustments exist and are a matter of both common sense and the law: - taking orders directly from the person concerned - providing a mobile payment terminal - respecting the priority access granted by the Disability Inclusion Card (CMI) As things stand, it is impossible for me to visit this establishment alone, since I cannot order or pay independently. This situation constitutes a breach of equal access to the service. I deeply regret this lack of consideration for my disability, which has made me feel excluded. Corrective measures are necessary to comply with the law and guarantee dignified service for everyone.

I had a wonderful time at Chez Agnès restaurant. The location is ideal, right on the banks of the Ourcq Canal, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The service is excellent, the setting is pleasant, and you immediately feel at ease. Whether you're looking for a coffee, lunch, or a meal with friends, it's a fantastic place that I highly recommend.

Good bar in a friendly setting, great atmosphere, serving good beer and cocktails with good pizza

It's a left-leaning place, but the curly-haired waitress at the bar is a bit too drunk and doesn't speak to people very well. Long live the revolution and sobriety (I'm a recovering alcoholic who's also struggling).

Perfect for enjoying a beer while overlooking the river, or relaxing in its alternative and underground interior. Great atmosphere.
