Chez Alain sur Ivry-Sur-Seine

A very warm welcome and friendly staff. A short menu, a guarantee of fresh, homemade products. While traveling in the area, I highly recommend it.

This restaurant in Ivry is a little gem. A small neighborhood spot with quite a few regulars. Warm welcome, attentive service, exceptional cuisine. I chose the beef, which was absolutely delicious. I'll be back. Highly recommended.

5-star service, the waiter made all the difference, he served us very well. My dinner was Magret de Canard Igp Sus Ouest... delicious, well served.

Great price/quality in this restaurant with a very charming host. The lamb and beef were great dishes.

Very nice host, very tasty food, and a nice terrace to sit on. If I return to Paris, I would love to eat here again. The leg of lamb is highly recommended!

Tonight, a wonderful discovery. First time at Alain's, and it certainly won't be the last. As a couple with a young child, we had booked and requested a high chair, and upon arrival, the table was set with the high chair and a child's plastic cup. For some, this detail might seem insignificant, but for parents, it's a huge plus. Alain (I think) took excellent care of us. So yes, if you're looking for a restaurant where you're served in a three-piece suit, doing backflips and pirouettes, this isn't the place. However, if you want to eat very well in a family-friendly setting, this is the ideal spot. And when I say very well, I mean it. In the kitchen? It's serious business: duck breast cooked exactly as it should be, homemade mashed potatoes, and a roasted carrot that didn't linger in the oven for a second too long! I couldn't ask for more. I'll be back, that's for sure. There's no need to chase Michelin stars on the other side of Paris; sometimes, the best meal is just two streets away. Thanks, Alain.

In the evening, whether you choose à la carte with family or friends in the theater gardens, or at lunchtime as a couple with the set menu, it's always excellent. From the warm welcome of the owner and Rima to the delicious dishes prepared by Bouba, we always have a wonderful time. 🤩

Food was amazing, great hospitality and very attentive to the families and groups
