Chez Anatole sur Plombieres-Les-Bains

Fried steak, the meat is tough...thanks to the young waiters who raise the bill 👍

While passing through Plombières this Sunday we were able to eat a dish on the terrace (meat, fries, salad). Nothing to complain about. Food wise it was good. Sufficiently generous plate. As for the meat, both the steak and the veal escalope, it was excellent and cooked as ordered. Both meats were tasty and really tender. We were served quickly. For some tables the service had a little difficulty keeping up; BUT to their credit the young people, waiter and waitress, were smiling and pleasant and I could see that they were doing their best. So you need a little indulgence, it was Sunday and the weather was nice. It's the holidays. During a future visit we could stop there another time without worries.

Tastiest pasta carbonara I have ever eaten! Cycling afterwards was a bit disappointing 😜, but it was worth it. And how beautiful Plombiere is. The service was also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended! On a beautiful square.
