The pastries here were wonderful—they were perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. We tried the original and chocolate and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

The little dunes are delicious. You can eat them even when you're not hungry. Be aware that it's best to go and get them fairly early in the day because sometimes they're all sold out by the afternoon. And if you want pistachio dunes, then you have to go in the morning because only one batch is made for the day.

I highly recommend the classic white dunes, they always make a great impression when you go somewhere, and the ephemeral ones... As their name suggests, they don't usually last the whole day :) and the staff are really very kind and smiling.

A true marvel and an essential stop in Bordeaux. Pascal's Dunes Blanches are delicious: light and crispy on the outside, with a smooth and exquisite cream filling. A simply irresistible combination! The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail are evident. The service was incredibly friendly and excellent. Without a doubt, a perfect place to treat yourself and discover one of the region's most special pastries. I would definitely go back and I recommend it 100%! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The finest choux pastry and incredibly soft, silky cream. Both vanilla and chocolate versions offer a deep, natural flavor, light and not at all cloying. A dessert you'll definitely want to come back for.

What a wonderful find today! These delicious pastries are made with true expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was very professional, with a presentation of this product from the Arcachon Basin. I was lucky enough to taste genuine Iranian pistachios—a pure delight! Thank you!
