Chez Aurore sur Eguzon-Chantome

01/09/2026: What a pleasant combination of a cosy place, excellent food (I ordered veal medallion) and a lovely owner that really made us feel welcome. Can't wait to come back.

30/08/2026: Amazing! What a pleasant surprise this Cottage was! During a long road trip, we discovered this restaurant a few kilometers off the highway, on the Eguzon exit. Without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed into a world filled with teddy bears of all sizes, in a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. I felt like I was being invited into someone's home! On the menu: for my husband, a piece of beef with pepper sauce (I tasted it, and it almost made me like meat again. When it's this tender and tastes like the meat my grandmother used to make, I say yes!), and for me, an Italian salad, with very fresh and flavorful ingredients. A truly lovely and relaxing experience, perfect for breaking up a long day of driving!
