Overall, it's pretty good, but the biggest problem is the service. The servers are clueless; they don't know which table each dish belongs to, and you have to ask several times for things. We ordered mussels, and they didn't bring us the basket. It might be a good restaurant, but there's a lack of coordination between the servers and a lack of knowledge about the dishes.

I recommend this friendly open-air café in Neuilly-sur-Marne; the mussels and fries and fried food are excellent, the atmosphere is festive with tea dances and balls, the service is friendly and it's good value for money, perfect for a family meal or a weekend outing.
