We only had lunch (we didn't stay overnight at the hotel) and everything was perfect: the owner was there and managed to find us a table outside even though everything was booked, the servers were very attentive, friendly, and efficient, and the dishes were full of flavor with high-quality local produce. A rare find that we will return to with renewed pleasure. We would have loved to give it 6 out of 5. Nathalie and Laurent

Still one of the best restaurants in the northern Landes region!
The cuisine is always bold and original, with generous portions of both land and sea. I indulged in a three-course meal (starter, main, cheese, dessert) paired with a dry white wine and a sweet white wine with the dessert... the pictures speak for themselves.
An institution with many more years ahead, thanks to Flo and a team of passionate and dynamic staff both in the dining room and the kitchen! The wine list is superb; a must-try, and I'll definitely be back! 😋🍷❤️

An absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Chez Flo! We spent three nights there and everything was impeccable from beginning to end: the welcome, the comfort, the cleanliness, the atmosphere… we felt truly at home, but even better.
We also absolutely loved the two restaurants: the quality was outstanding, the dishes delicious, and the service top-notch—we thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
And above all, a huge thank you to Laurence, who is simply incredible: attentive, smiling, ultra-professional, and always taking excellent care of her guests. She clearly makes all the difference and makes the experience even more memorable.
We left delighted and will definitely be back. I recommend it 100%!
