We came to celebrate my parents' 80th birthday over the Ascension weekend… Flo and her team welcomed us to the Apostles' Table… and we had an unforgettable experience… A magnificent table, impeccable service—if there were a 6/5 rating system, I would give it to this establishment! A huge thank you to Flo and her team.

Far removed from chain restaurants or some overly touristy establishments, there's this excellent restaurant in Parentis, a true gem! The food is bursting with flavor and offers great value for money! It's always a pleasure to eat at Chez Flo.

We had dinner at the Chez Flo restaurant's annex, which was fully booked—a wonderful surprise! The small plates on the tasting menu were varied, excellent, and inventive… we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: Having recently moved to Parentis, we were looking for a good bakery. We discovered Guillaume's, and we've been going there every week since! The bread is delicious, it keeps well, and the pastries and desserts are a delight!
