What can I say... I've been hearing about it for so long... It was wonderful. A unique atmosphere, it felt like home... Véronique, you're a sweetheart!! The welcome was lovely, the service perfect. And the food was so good 🙃 I loved it. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent atmosphere, top-notch service

For the past three years, we've visited Corsavy, a charming village in the Pyrénées-Orientales, every summer. We eat at the restaurant "Chez Françoise," which my thirteen and ten-year-old children rave about all year long. Here's their account: At "Chez Françoise," the cook, Henriette, prepared a fantastic five-course meal for us. The first course was a charcuterie platter with country ham, pâté, and delicious sausage! The second course, grilled trout, was wonderful! The third course, the porcini mushroom omelet, was also excellent! The fourth course, roast guinea fowl with carrots, was delicious! The homemade flan or ice cream was a fantastic dessert! All of this was served with great kindness by Véronique. It was great! An amazing and highly recommended place. Two friendly and cheerful women run a restaurant with a short menu and à la carte options, featuring dishes made with high-quality local ingredients. Excellent value for money.
