Chez fred sur Moulismes

We were pleasantly surprised by Fred's warm welcome. The three of us, including a puppy, were seated in a quiet corner inside a beautifully decorated dining room. Running the establishment single-handedly, Fred seamlessly managed everything from our arrival and service to the cooking and preparation of our dishes. We experienced no waiting whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed his simple yet delicious cuisine: a hearty mountain burger, a delightful veggie tartine bursting with Provençal flavors, and an excellent andouillette sausage. Each dish was served with crispy fries. For dessert, we finished with a floating island and a muffin, chosen from a wide selection. We wish Fred continued success and will definitely return to his restaurant.

We stopped for lunch on our way home and had a very good meal! The service was fairly quick, but it can be slow because the same person cooks and serves. It was delicious and plentiful, and the value for money was excellent! I highly recommend it!

Passing through on our way back from skiing, we stopped by this little snack bar. It was simply amazing! Beautiful decor, high-quality and very generous burgers. The owner, who runs the place, is incredibly attentive to his customers. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a calm and welcoming time. ✌️

The entrance is uninviting. Large puddles and a crawl through the bushes to reach the patio and front door.

Fresh burger buns with a generous portion of fries! We couldn't have found a better place. We were the first ones there, so we were served right away. Fred was very friendly, we highly recommend it!

We stopped for lunch during a long journey. Fred is very welcoming, and the food was good. It was a bit chilly in the dining room, and the wait can be long if you're in a hurry, as he works alone. We have nothing but praise for Fred's dedication! We'll definitely order again.

A quick lunch stop during a trip. The open-faced sandwiches and burgers are really tasty and generously filled. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Homemade fries would be a great addition to the meal 😉
