We were walking down from Lake Monteynard after a stroll on the footbridges, right next to the La Mure little train station. As a family of two adults and three children, we enjoyed a delicious meal. The quality was excellent, the menu simple, and the price reasonable. For 30 euros, we had a starter, main course, and dessert: scallops or foie gras, sea bass or sirloin steak, and more. Everything you could want for a family or couple's meal out.

Passing through La Mure, we stopped at Chez Ghislaine. The restaurant is very clean and the traditional cuisine is exquisitely prepared; it's a real pleasure because it's made with love... plus, it's a great family business; the grandmother must be very proud! Bravo!

Having been there several times, I can say that the food at Ghislaine's is excellent! The service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it whether you're traveling for business or simply out with friends!

16/05/2026: Nice hotel in a lovely small village. The rooms are good, a bit small but big enough. The beds are good and so is the shower. The restaurant services good food. The staff is very friendly and knows what hospitality is.

The dishes are prepared with fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented ingredients. Each plate showcases local flavors with a touch of finesse. The value for money is excellent, and you can feel the passion of the entire team for their craft. 17/07/2026: A very warm welcome despite the late hour, and I ate a delicious fillet of black cod with beurre blanc sauce... I highly recommend it.
