Very nice bakery with beautiful products and magnificent breads!
That said, at 1:15 p.m. there were already only three sandwiches left... of course there were still some quiches left but hey...
Excellent chocolate bread. Very good olive bread except that there wasn't a lot of olive so in the end not a lot of taste which is a shame.
But very reasonable prices and the manager is very pleasant.
My partner and I were in Paris this summer and Paco was our go-to place for breakfast and lunch. A real, non-touristy Parisian boulangerie. Excellent food and very nice Paco. It was fun to experiment with my terrible French and get a few laughs out of it.
It's a rare thing to have this non-calibrated bread, these "swirls", donuts placed on the counter, this adorable Portuguese brioche, these unpretentious sandwiches, nicely composed, with modest, well-chosen products, these little puff pastries and empanadas from behind the bundles. , this pleasant service imbued with the goodness of good bread... At Paco, it doesn't look like much, but it's a pleasure to go there at lunchtime, even when it rains, perhaps even especially when it rains, because it gets warmer.
