Chez josephine sur Courbouzon

We came for breakfast and loved our meals—they were delicious and plentiful. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and chic. A must-try!

For us, it was brunch. Great! You can have brunch until noon, and afterwards, homemade bagels with a delicious cone of chips. Friendly service.

We came to eat at Chez Joséphine yesterday as a family, even though the weather was less than ideal. Unfortunately, we were surprised by the reception from the barmaid, a short-haired woman who was particularly cold and rude. Her attitude immediately created a bad atmosphere: stressed, unpleasant, and visibly annoyed… It's a real shame, because Chez Joséphine is a very nice place and the food is excellent. We ate very well, and a charming young woman took excellent care of us during the service. That's why we're giving the establishment, the food, and the service four stars, even if the welcome wasn't up to par.

Discovered during a stroll through Ajaccio, we loved it so much we returned two days later. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and the service was top-notch. The food was excellent, and I haven't even mentioned the homemade desserts. A must-try, and a place to return to without hesitation.

We stopped by Josephine's for a quick lunch. The service was good, the salad was very good, and the bagel was tasty, although perhaps the wasabi spread was a bit too strong. They didn't bring us bread, but we probably should have asked for it. Overall, a pleasant experience. Contrary to some of the reviews we'd read, Josephine's accepts card payments.

A pleasant stop, but no real surprises During our visit to Ajaccio, near Napoleon's house, we stopped for lunch at Chez Joséphine. The place is cute and welcoming, with a few outdoor tables, and offers a good selection of sandwiches and bagels. I chose a salad. Overall, we had a good time, although neither the food nor the experience were particularly impressive: everything was average, without anything that made us say "wow." The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a shame about the table we were assigned, which was very small and in a busy area: rather uncomfortable and unpleasant for enjoying lunch. A good option for a quick break while exploring the city, but personally, I wouldn't call it a must-see experience.
