While strolling through the streets of old Ajaccio, we stumbled upon Joséphine's. We had a wonderful meal. Homemade food, incredibly fresh ingredients, a warm smile, simplicity, and discretion. A lovely time spent together. A pulled pork bagel (yum!) and a Little Norwegian salad for my sweetheart. Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful place in Ajaccio. We had lunch at Joséphine's and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere cozy with absolutely refined decor; every corner is used with great taste. The open-faced sandwiches, bagels, and salads are excellent, made with fresh, local ingredients. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to go. And good news (as some reviews have mentioned), they accept credit cards.

Friendly place, average food, overwhelmed waiters. My salmon bagel barely had any salmon; drinks arrived super late and after asking for them three times; they even tried to charge us two extra drinks.

Friendly staff, but a disappointing experience. The food was average, and I found a hair in my dish. When I informed the waiter, no replacement or gesture was offered, and I still paid for a meal I couldn’t eat.
