Excellent service. The crepes and ice cream sundaes (I recommend the three red berries) were superb. Good value for money. A magical location on a beautiful sunny day. Reservations are essential.

A very good restaurant with a very friendly staff. However, we spent almost two hours at the table due to the very slow service. This significantly impacted our short trip to the island of Houat. We only had an hour left to explore, which was a shame. But the food is good. I'm not adjusting the rating further because one has to be understanding; this small island isn't used to the high-volume service of peak season year-round. Also, a little tip for travelers: restaurant vouchers are not accepted.

08/08/2026: We had lunch at La Sirène as a family during our day trip to the island and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were flavorful, all at reasonable prices. The shaded terrace in front of the restaurant is simple yet pleasant, with a welcome, refreshing breeze on the day of our visit. The service was quick and friendly.
12/07/2026: A great place to grab a bite or a drink. The staff are lovely, we received a very warm welcome despite the heat, I highly recommend it.
