Chez Maguy sur Pont-L'Eveque

We were very disappointed by this restaurant. We stopped for a meal after seeing the rating and reviews, but I don't understand how it can have 4.5 stars. The eggs mayonnaise was made with store-bought mayonnaise, the savory crepe was dry, and the calamari fritters were dry, with no sauce or side dish. For the price, it's really not good quality.

Friendly welcome. Don't go there for the galettes. The charcuterie is dry. The three galettes we ate were burnt. Impossible to finish... Not good at all. €14.50 is expensive for what it is. However, the dessert crêpes were good.

Come on in, that's almost all I have to say... A very friendly welcome and a warm atmosphere are the main assets of this little crêperie. The succulent and hearty pancakes. Come taste this delicious cuisine.

The food was good, the staff friendly, and the restrooms clean. However, both my plate and the person accompanying me found the portions a little small.

Hello everyone! Back from Coutances where we spent a week of vacation, I stopped for lunch in Pont l'Évêque. What could be more natural than choosing a crêperie when you're in Normandy! I ordered a full crêpe, and because of my hearty appetite, I ordered a second one with salmon; both were very good! I would have preferred them to be tastier, but no matter. The desserts were just as good. The place is very clean and welcoming, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly. I appreciated the hygiene standards for the restrooms. The setting is very relaxing. It's for all these different reasons that I recommend you treat your taste buds at Chez Maguy! See you soon!
