A true gem! Chez Mamane undoubtedly offers one of the best couscous dishes I've ever tasted: authentic flavors, light semolina, fragrant vegetables, and perfectly cooked meat. 10/07/2025: If I could give the service & food both 6 or 7 stars I would. It was superb, very reasonably priced, and we so enjoyed the onion soup that our friend with us went from not hungry to hungry after tasting it. Truly an excellent restaurant
