Sharp, calibrated plates that are sometimes explosive! A well-rounded cuisine, between land and sea in one of the most welcoming and trendy places in Rambouillet. Great value for money! For the whole family, friends and lovers

Rating 3.5 Rating lowered from 4.5 to 3.5 for 2 reasons: - the menu is not updated enough, lacks creativity, even if the cuisine is rather tasty -the service is neither professional nor friendly. We miss Patrick who was perfect and that changes the atmosphere, the pleasure of going to this restaurant The foie gras is very good

We came 1 year ago and came back today. Big drop in quality. Wine list half was missing from the menu, unheard of. Average dish. I could have done the same thing at home with a good product. Lack of originality and subtlety. Value for money not up to par

Excellent restaurant located in a courtyard. A cozy but warm atmosphere. We had a great time eating these very well cooked and very tasty dishes.

Tasty cuisine for the menu starter (gravlax salmon), main course (turbot steak) and dessert (hérichoux) which I accompanied with a chardonnay. We had a great time and will definitely come back to Martin's...

04/04/2024: Crepes that are easy to eat but without wow. A menu offering a very, very large choice of preparations which does not allow great freshness of all the products and who says more freshness means more flavor!!! The waitress was pleasant.

04/04/2024: The rooms are newly renovated, very comfortable and the equipment is impeccable. Warm welcome and very friendly staff overall. I had a very pleasant stay, nothing to complain about. The new spa is very successful. I highly recommend this establishment!
04/04/2024: Regular customer for almost 2 years! A friendly and enthusiastic welcome awaits you, a dynamic and very friendly Team! The hotel has had a new look, the rooms are spacious and clean, the Bar and Restaurant tastefully done. The relaxation/SPA area, magnificent.... Private parking and work/relaxation spaces are also offered. I recommend! Thanks to the whole team, it’s always a pleasure ;-) See you soon !! Laura.
