For 6 years, when I come to the region, I have gone to Max for lunch or dinner at least once or twice. The food is pretty decent and the prices are standard. This year, big disappointment: we arrived around 9:00 p.m. and the waiter informed us that the menus were no longer served at that time, even though they were still displayed. As there is no shortage of restaurants in Malaucène, we found one further down, which served a perfectly decent aioli.

As soon as we arrived, the servers were extremely welcoming and smiling. Especially Kenny and Laurianne who took the time to talk to us and help us with information about Ventoux. The dishes were delicious! They had attention to detail and wonderful energy. I definitely recommend!

Un accueil presque familial, très sympathique.
Les vins de production locale comme Juvenal, parfaits.
Des pizze au niveau excellent, un plus pour la pizza légumes.
Pour les plats ce fut plus mitigé.
Les involtini étaient très très minces, rien à voir avec ceux d'Italie.
Les pâtes bien trop cuites, loin du "al dente".
On reviendra pour la pizza.
