The dishes served are not worth the asking price, the quality of the pasta for example is very poor, the pizza is very average In fact, the value for money is bad.

Nice terrace at the market. Service was good. The quality of the food was very disappointing. The pasta carbonara in particular was a disappointment.

For 6 years, when I come to the region, I have gone to Max for lunch or dinner at least once or twice. The food is pretty decent and the prices are standard. This year, big disappointment: we arrived around 9:00 p.m. and the waiter informed us that the menus were no longer served at that time, even though they were still displayed. As there is no shortage of restaurants in Malaucène, we found one further down, which served a perfectly decent aioli.

As soon as we arrived, the servers were extremely welcoming and smiling. Especially Kenny and Laurianne who took the time to talk to us and help us with information about Ventoux. The dishes were delicious! They had attention to detail and wonderful energy. I definitely recommend!

Un accueil presque familial, très sympathique. Les vins de production locale comme Juvenal, parfaits. Des pizze au niveau excellent, un plus pour la pizza légumes. Pour les plats ce fut plus mitigé. Les involtini étaient très très minces, rien à voir avec ceux d'Italie. Les pâtes bien trop cuites, loin du "al dente". On reviendra pour la pizza.

Bonne petite friture, pas grasse, sur un lit de salade appétissante. Et des penne à l'arabbiata avec une burrata excellentes! Notre voisin a complimenté le chef pour ses pâtes à la carbonara.... Une très bonne adresse pour les pâtes !

14/08/2024: We had a very good day at the SPA. Very warm welcome! The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, salt cave, ice bath everything was very good 👍 We ate there and the dishes were delicious. I recommend this place
30/07/2024: Very nice place, several relaxation and relaxation areas available. Ice room and ice bucket: great experiences! The salt cave is original. A large number of deckchairs in several areas. As the hammam is currently not working, we appreciated the discount offered by the staff. If I can suggest a few things, a little sugar available near the delicious peach herbal tea and some relaxing music in the background. It was a great time, thank you!

15/08/2024: We dined at the restaurant and had an excellent evening: setting, service and food. Everything was perfect!! We warmly recommend this establishment.
